Representing Central Pennsylvania With Over 125 Years of Combined Experience

Our Care for Local CommunitiesExtends Beyond the Courthouse

Our Firm is Dedicated to Empowering the People of Central Pennsylvania.

One of the law firms missions is to give back to the community a portion of the law firm’s revenues. In recognition of the importance of education, the law firm of Hagelgans & Veronis annually contributes over $50,000 in scholarship money through scholarship funds for graduating seniors from disadvantaged backgrounds who have excelled in high school. Many of these seniors are the first persons in their families to have the opportunity to pursue a higher education.

Nicholas A. Veronis and James D. Hagelgans also sponsor missionaries, have established an endowment for missions in the church and are generous supporters of their own churches.

Hagelgans & Veronis is a major sponsor of the arts and theater in Lancaster and are a major sponsor of the Fulton Theatre. The law firm’s contributions help underwrite many of the fine shows offered by the historical theatre.

Our Firm's Local Contributions

Our law firm and our families have given over $500,000 in the past five years for scholarships to graduates of McCaskey High School in Lancaster PA. McCaskey High School is our alma mater and remains close to our hearts.

This year alone we were responsible with our families for $100,000 of the $258,500 given in scholarships to graduates who are in many cases the first to attend higher education in their families through the MLK Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund.

We have also made significant contributions to the historic Fulton Theater of over $500,000 particularly Jim and his wife Gale who are generous benefactors of the theater.
